Allison Stevens, MS, RD

Allison is a registered dietitian. She has a background in the culinary arts and received her bachelor of science in culinary nutrition from Johnson & Wales University. She has worked as a chef creating delicious and nutritious meals for guests at health spas, including Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires and Champneys in England. She has also worked as a private chef, helping clients to achieve their dietary goals.

In addition to her strong culinary nutrition background, Allison also has an interest in nutrition policy. Recently, she spent time in Washington DC working at N. Chapman, Assoc. where she dealt with nutrition policy, and marketing and communications issues.

Allison currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts where she is working on her master's degree in nutrition communications at Tuft's Friedman School of Nutrition and Science Policy.
