Erica Lesperance, RD, LD

Erica Lesperance is a registered dietitian specially trained in pediatric nutrition and the nutritional treatment of inborn errors of metabolism. She is an internationally recognized expert in the field of metabolic nutrition, and travels throughout the United States and Canada where she lectures and teaches cooking classes to families with special dietary needs. She is currently employed by Cambrooke Foods, a specialty foods company where she applies her technical, culinary, and nutritional expertise to design and develop new food products.

In addition to her full time work, Erica provides individual nutrition counseling, specializing in behavior modification and sports nutrition. She is also an endurance athlete and has completed multiple marathons and triathlons.
