Heidi Reichenberger McIndoo, MS, RD
Heidi Reichenberger McIndoo is a nutrition consultant and writer with 13 years experience as a dietitian. Her specialty areas include nutrition education, communication, and culinary topics. Her work has been published in newspapers and magazines, including Fitness, Shape, and Woman's Day Specials: Eating Light, as well as in Better Homes and Gardens cookbooks and on websites. For three years, she has served as a national media spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association and has been quoted in over 300 magazines articles and TV broadcasts.
Heidi is the author of the upcoming Pocket Idiot's Guide to Superfoods (Alpha, 2007) and co-author of the Complete Idiot's Guide to Low Sodium Meals (Alpha, 2006). She lives just outside of Boston with her husband, Sean, and their new baby girl, Laila.
