Karen Crawford is a masters-level registered dietitian, certified as a specialist in pediatric nutrition. With over 10 years experience working in the area of child nutrition, Karen is currently the Nutrition Educator for the Gwinnett County Public School System, Georgia's largest with over 100 schools. Karen has spent most of her professional career in a clinical environment which includes a 5-year stint at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta where she worked as the Lead Dietitian at the Cystic Fibrosis Center. With both general and specific knowledge on a wide variety of nutrition-related conditions, Karen has expertise in cystic fibrosis, diabetes, osteoporosis, and gastrointestinal disorders.
