Mark Hyman is a New York Times bestselling author, lecturer and practicing physician. He also works as the editor-in-chief of Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine (the most prestigious journal in the field of integrative medicine) and medical editor of Alternative Medicine Magazine. In his most recent book, UltraMetabolism—The Simple Plan for Automatic Weight Loss, he teaches readers how to ignite the fat burning code hidden in everyone’s own DNA. His website empowers health care consumers and practitioners, enabling them to benefit from the wealth of information and scientific articles he has gathered on the fundamental causes of illness, wellness promotion, vitamin and herbal supplements, and more.
