Stephanie Clarke, MS, RD, CDN
Stephanie Clarke is a registered dietitian with a B.S. in Food Science and Nutrition from University of Rhode Island and a Master's Degree in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University's Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. She completed her training in clinical nutrition at the Francis Stern Nutrition Center, New England Medical Center in Boston, MA.
Stephanie is co-owner of C&J Nutrition, a private nutrition counseling and communications business in New York City. She provides nutrition counseling to a variety of clients specializing in weight management and maternal and child health. Stephanie is also an online nutrition expert for Bob Greene's Best Life Diet program and a freelance writer of health and nutrition articles. She has been published in consumer magazines and nutrition journals, such as Fitness magazine and Nutrition Today. In addition, she teaches pre- and postnatal nutrition classes at spabébé, a prenatal fitness center and spa in New York City.
Stephanie is an active contributor in the nutrition community and belongs to the American Dietetic Association, New York Dietetic Association, and the Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Weight Management, and Women's Health and Reproductive Nutrition dietetic practice groups.
