Day One!
Day one has been good so far. I am so excited! I weighed in this morning and I have already lost half a pound, but that was because I was already learning what to eat and what not to eat. Weighed in at 192.5 this morning. The snacktime thing I thought was silly, I have now learned my lesson, I can now see the use, it is going to really help.
I am planning to record everything the day after so you can get a feel for what I am eating each day. I am also noticing that I am drinking more water than I thought.
I do think the diet smart plan is the way to go. On Friday I got a nice E-card from Di my coach on encouraging me to make a good change or habit. Nice touch.
