Day Five

I weighed in this morning at 190.5 lbs! YEAHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope to be under 190 by this weekend.  I am wasting away to nothing.  Total weight loss has been 2 1/2 lbs.  Calories yesterday were 1580, but my actual calories were a little under 1700.  This plan is so cool, when you are hungry, you eat free foods and basic foods and then walk away for a while.  By the way, I haven't broken a sweat and still losing weight.

 

No major hiccups yet, I did have that glass of wine.
