Day 31

10 LBS in ONE MONTH! I feel great!  I made my first goal.  I love this, it is really working!  I haven't ever accomplished anything and I am really doing it.  Needless to say, I have more work to do, I am not satisfied with just 183 and a size 12, I want that size 6 from my wedding day!
