Weighing in

Weigh-in progress for the my first 3 weeks:

Week 1 - lost 2 lbs
Week 2 - gained 2 lbs   
Week 3 - lost 2 lbs

Well, I have been on the ediets plan for 3 weeks now. It has been great at offering education on dieting, and the customized meals that is offers are really delicious and easy to use. When I have questions I can talk to an online representative about how to maximize my diet. On my second week I gained back 2 lbs that I had lost the previous week... Ediets emailed me to encourage and gave options on how to recustomize my plan to work. Although the only reason I gained weight was because I was traveling on business - and totally went way off the track with my diet...

I also feel that this plan could not be as effective unless balanced with an exercise plan as well. Exercise really gets the metabolism going  - and makes you feel better - it encourages you to stick to your diet - because you are feeling the results. Sometimes I fear that just eating less alone will cause my body to starve and slow my metabolism down.

Another thing that I have found to work with this dieting is having a friend - or two to go in with the diet also. It's great to share the experience - the ups & the downs.
