Thursday on ediets.

So I have not really been following the recipes on ediets. Every meal is like a toss-up. With meetings and travel, lazieness and sporting events - it's hard to plan the meals one week; let alone HOURS, in advance. 

Despite the struggle to plan out meals. Ediets does help me to stay aware of the caloric intake range I need to stay around each day. Today I had my regular protein shake, then followed it up at lunch with two soft tacos at an office meeting lunch. At 7pm I have yet to eat dinner, but I am starving and will probably eat... or overeat when I get home. 

Because of all the bread I ate yesterday, and no exercise opportunites, I feel like I have gained a few lbs. Tomorrow I will check my weight again. Hope I'll be okay
