Looks like I am not going to make it to work out today. That's a bummer because I think the workout is what has made me more successful throughout this experience.

Tonight my diet is requesting I eat the Honey Mustard Chicken, which sounds really good - but I think I am going to do the McDonalds menu, as I ended up not going through with that suggestion on Monday. Instead I made a small (5 oz) steak (with garlic seasoning) and asparagus for dinner... which was delicious! ) I am choosing McDonald's because (1) I need to go shopping for food and (2) my wonderful boyfriend is out of town, so I'll be eating alone and

Wednesday's meal report:

Breakfast: Banana & hot chocolate (I ran out of my protein shake)

Lunch: small (1/2 portion size) Asian chicken salad from Atlanta Bread Co. -

Snack: 20 animal crackers! opps.. that may be a little to much.

Dinner: McDonalds (I printed out the menu of what I can eat) I'm thinking... quarter pounder!
