how long can it last?

Today's diet >

Breakfast: Slim fast chocolate & mint bar (only 120 calories) with 1 6 oz bottle of orange juice, (140 calories)

11am pre-Lunch: Ham sandwich with whole-wheat bread (estimating 150 calories) with a diet coke

1 pm Lunch: orange & 20 animal crackers (200 calories?)

Snack: mid-size chunk of leftover Easter candy (my co-worker made me do it!)

I also worked out today on the elliptical machine for 30 minutes. I am really on top of things today. After the elliptical I switched over to the stationary bike for 10 minutes and finished my workout with a 5 minute stretch and a 10 minute ab workout. Yahoo - feeling good.

Tonight for dinner I am making the ediets recommended picante & chicken dinner which is 175 caloriesĀ I will also eat some steamed veggies along with this.

I weighed myself to day and was still at the 150 mark. It's Thursday and I have not lost a single lb yet this week. I am a little worried that maybe this is it for me, and I've reached "my weight". Shedding the next two lbs is going to really be difficult.
