This week has been better in regards to eating. (Except for the two margaritta's I had for cinco de mayo) I've also had some stress from work, which has caused me to  eat much bigger portion sizes at night while I relax. On top of this, I have not been able to work out as much this past week as normal.

My solution is to workout and eat healthy over the weekend to try and make up for the past week. But really this past week wasn't tooo bad considering my pre-dieting habits. It's hard to stay on track. That is why writing my diet & exercise habits down have been helpful.

I am also craving McDonald's, but am trying to limit my McD's to once per month.
