motivation frustration!

Well, I feel like I am eating okay - but I am not losing any weight at all. I am really starting to believe that there is no way to lose weight by eating right - unless it is accompanied with a regular schedule of physical exercise.

This is daunting and really frustrating to me because I never have time to go to the gym and when I get home from work - all I want to do is eat and rest!!! And by eating, I don't mean pig out, I mean eat my dinner because I don't eat much and I am starving. Also, everyday this week I have set my alarm early in hopes that I would wake up and get to the gym between 7 and 8am. But I can't even get myself out of bed till 7:15 let alone be at the gym, etc at that time.

Thursday morning I am really dragging. I just feel low energy and exhausted. I don't know why I feel so worn. Maybe I didn't get enough "energy" food in my system on Wednesday. Maybe I just need more rest? My boyfriend said it was because I have not worked out in like a month... hmmm... frustration!

Here is my week report on food intake and the costs:

Breakfast: Chocolate Slim-Fast Shake (.60 cents)
Snack #1: a little chocolate cigar - someone in my office had a baby and they were passing them around. (oh and it was free of course)
Lunch: 1/2 Chipotle Burrito Bol , no beans, 15 chips ($6.00)
Snack#2: diet caffeine-free cola (free)
Dinner: Pasta Roni dinner ($5) but I only ate 1/2 the box so that means $2.50, one corn on the cob $.50, 1/4 cup mushrooms sautéed with 1 tsp butter - $2.00 and 1, 12 oz bottle of water *free* from the office.

Total Cost of food intake on Tuesday: $11.60
