Day 142: Apple for lunch
I went to the store yesterday to buy some snacks for our office. I specifically purchased fruits that I can use as a snack as suggested by the Sonoma Diet. Today it came in handy. For lunch, I had an apple. This does not sound like a lot of food, but I slice it into several smaller pieces. It actually takes me a long time to eat it all. Due to the length, I end up feeling full off of this one piece of fruit.
My problem is though that this fruit goes bad after a few days. That means I am constantly going to the store. Since it is just DH and I, we only go to the store every other week or if we need a specific item. The store is not that much out of our way, but it is an inconvenience.
