Day 152: Working out again
DH and I went walking tonight. I figured that if I cannot keep up with the Sonoma Diet meals, exercise may balance out my unhealthy and stressful eating habits. I really needed this exercise after a full week of not working out. We speed walked through our nature preserve, and it was very invigorating. The weather has been a lot cooler here so I enjoy working out outdoors.
I am cooped up in an office all day and miss being outside. We had to stop because it was getting dark. Given the recent events at this nature preserve, I am hesitant to stay there after dark, even with my husband. I am glad that we went walking tonight. At first, I got home exhausted and really dreaded going. However, my husband was persistent and made me go. I am glad he did.
