Day 153: Curvy=good; Snakey=bad
My thighs are killing me! That walk last night really made me realize how out of shape I am. It’s a good pain though. I imaginged little fat cells being burned away. That made me feel better when my thighs felt horrible. I have been loading up on water and increasing my fruit and veggie intake per the Sonoma Diet. I do feel more alert and healthier even if I am not shedding pounds as quickly as I would like.
However, the part of my thighs that hurt was actually the smaller part. I need to figure out how to target the fat buldge right above and below that. I really cannot describe my figure except for “wavy.” Some women have smooth lines, even if there are big lines. Around my waist/hip area, it looks like a snake. It goes in at my hips, out parallel to my belly button, in again, and out at my upper leg.
