DAY 81: : Dried Fruit

Lately, I have been introduced to dried fruit. I am not sure if it is recommended by the Zone Diet, but until I hear otherwise I am going to continue eating it. I believe they are relatively healthy, and they taste really good. I find myself reaching for dried fruit rather than any other snacks. The only thing I have to watch is eating the whole bag in one sitting. I don’t think I would ever do that, but that is how good they are. There is an assortment of fruits ranging from cranberries and mangos, to a mixed fruit bag. The cost is not too pricey either.

I find myself nibbling on them at work, and before you know it all my coworkers and I are sitting around my desk. I start sharing with them and we end up talking for a quarter of an hour. It is great that dried fruit can bring everyone together, but we eat the whole bag. Then I am left with no snacks. Maybe next time I will get my boss involved, and we can expense them as a team building event.

I would definitely recommend this snack to even those who are not big fruit lovers. I like dried mangos much more than fresh ones.
